Where are your servers located?

Our entire server fleet is based in Sydney.

 

You can rest assured that all services provided by Digital Hybrid will always be delivered exclusively from Australia.

 

Why? Not only to maintain exceptional speed and stability, but also to ensure you have the protection of Australia’s stringent privacy laws for your data.

How robust is your service?

Very.

 

Our Microsoft-certified engineers have built an extremely redundant, highly available cluster environment designed to deliver outstanding service and up-time, but also to be as extensible as possible.

 

Every server role within our cluster is redundant. In other words, for every server role, eg, mailbox, hub transport and so on, a minimum of two servers are included in the cluster, meaning that if one fails, the service keeps running with little or no disruption while we effect repairs on the problem server.

 

At present, the ezyexchange cluster consists of a minimum of twelve servers and continues to grow with customer demand.

How safe is my data?

Besides our standard disaster recovery methods, the ezyexchange environment employs what Microsoft calls Database Availability Groups (DAG).

 

This means that all of your data is replicated across multiple servers in real time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. This provides robust redundancy and high-availability, but also strong data integrity.

How quickly can my account be set up?

The sign-up process is very simple and takes only a few minutes. Once you’ve entered your details and initiated the order for your free trial, setup is almost instant.

 

From there, it literally only takes a few minutes to be up and running.

 

On average, you should be operational within 10 minutes including the time it takes to edit your DNS records, create your Hosted Organisation and your mailboxes, and connect Outlook to the ezyexchange cluster.

Do you provide a web-based control panel?

Absolutely!

 

In fact, we were the first provider in Australia to deliver hosted Exchange 2010 with a control panel, and the feedback we hear from customers is, it’s the easiest to use of any hosted Exchange service around.

I'm not very tech-savvy. After I sign up, what do I need to do?

We’ll provide you with a comprehensive, but easy to follow, e-mail which will step you through everything you’ll need to do. You can see most of the details HERE.

 

Essentially, you’ll need to make four changes to your domain’s DNS records, create your Hosted Organisations, create your mailboxes, and connect Outlook to our system. It really is easy.

 

But if you have any concerns and feel you need help, we can assist via our self-hosted remote support platform, enabling us to securely connect to your PC to get you set up.
